Police make arrests in robbery case

Police hope they've put an end to a rash of robberies across the area. Two Holyoke men have been nabbed in connection to a number of area convenience store crimes.

Armed or un-armed robbery,home invasion,car theft and or breaking and entering should all minimun 15 years in prison and should be considered a form of terrorism. The problem is they know they'll be out of jail in months so they roll the dice. Maybe if they straighten out there hat, pull up there pants and talk like they might have made it past the 3rd grade they'd be somewhere else in life instead of polluting our society. But hey, a loser is a loser.

None of this is to say that America does not have problems. In many parts of the world, we are perceived as a violent country, a place that imposes our will upon other nations and suffers from extremes of wealth and poverty and social injustice and racial intolerance at home.Although we have worked hard to correct these problems and have learned from our mistakes the accusations are nonetheless valid. We are not a perfect society but we are a society that sets a very high standerds for our citizens and our leaders.

For starters the excuse that minorities are "held back" and their troubles are the fault of a "racist society" are now and forever null and void. People are going to have to start being held accountable for their behavior without getting a free pass or special treatment because of the color of their skin.
