I've had pretty good luck with Catania Painting in the past..might want to get an estimate from them.

don't call Dee's Painting. I had them take down wallpaper and repaint our family room and the job was less than impressive. I called and voiced my disapproval and they agreed to come back and they did but they still did not fix a few of the issues. Some spots on the wall look like a child tried to spackle and fix them. Very disappointed in their work and would not recommend them at all.
