I thought this was to be an informative site. Not a bashing, bulling, town ruining site. Some one told me to look on here to find a good photographer and I couldn't beleive everything I saw. Maybe if everyone talked bad about TOPIX their topic would take over all the bad stuff. All the other topics would move to the bottom of the pages and towns wouldn't look so bad. No wonder business will not move to small towns. The bad things everyone talks about on here. Help start new topics and move others to bottom of list.

Why cut into someones pocket because you dont like it. Topix is a buisness dont shut them down because others talk bad about people. If going to do that shut down myspace and facebook too.

Remember the right to free speech? Or did you even make it that far in school. If someone is being slandered then there are laws in place to protect them. All they have to do is follow the proper procedures. But this is a site where people can come speak their mind and last I checked Obama hasn't taken that right away YET.

or you can simply click the report post link and have any and every offensive topic removed permantley if you report it. Pushing to the bottom, well its still there. Why not remove by reporting!

because they don't always remove the link. And if you read the terms of service at the bottom, they are suppose to remove them when reported. That is the problem everyone is having. But it is to late to report it, everyone has already read all the lies and replied their side of a story, truth or not. Freedom of speech is right if it is the truth.

I went to court last month becauce my name was put on here and the thing that were being said were not true....I won my case.

i have a business and other business were being talked about and said that I was bashing these business and I didn't even know anything about it. I won my case but had to pay a lawyer and miss work. It cost me and I didn't even know anything about this site until customers told me I was being talked about and my name was the one on here saying these things. People need to understand things can be traced. They did find the person that was using my name and it was a past employee. So if your business is own here start checking out your employees. They get mad and instead of talking to you they write lies on here. They are now paying me for my losses and charged with slander and using my identity. And no job.

This site is horrible. People get on here and spread rumors and trash talk others without knowing the truth. And even if you do know something on someone, you don't have to post it to the whole world. Yeah things like crimes and sex offenders should be posted so the community can be on alert. But all this petty gossip. OMG. These kids get on here a say trash about one another. My kid use to post things and get on here and fuss and argue but I stopped that. I told em to ignore the stuff that's posted because every time you respond to these petty remarks it just fuels that person to say more. Sometimes the best thing to do is ignore it, even though that's hard as heck to do. I always say that when people talk crap about you they're only trying to make themselves feel better. When I first started getting on the social media chat, I thought it was to chat and have fun. Keep up with the good that happening. There's so much going on in our society now we need positive things said. Stop all the trash talk. Heck if you don't have nice things to say, then don't say anything at all. OMG, if that's the case, this site will surely not exist anymore. Think about it people. Peace out!
