I'm wondering how people are able to pass a written test to get their driver's license when they can't read? Martin Drive in South Elgin has always been a residential street with a 25 mph speed limit and over the last few years has become a shortcut for people who are in a big hurry and feel that they can do 60 and 70 mph down our street.
You think 70 is fast, next week, I am going to try and hit 100 MPH....watch for me next Tuesday around 8am.....
