Interesting in the light that 2dn Appellate Court in Nottolini v. LaSalle Bank, overturned the same decision in 2003. The Illinois Supreme Court also ruled in favor of the common law applying to man-made ponds/lakes in Alderson v Fatlan, September 2008. Any word on appeal?
