Not on a parole violation.
She was bonded, not paroled. Huge difference.

Pansy-tush judge ...
Rarely is anyone jailed for an initial violation of freedom bond.

Failure to follow the requirements of the bond absolutely should result in immediate forfeiture of the bond and jail. Judges are just getting way too soft with (alleged) murderers.

She violated the conditions of that bond.

This girl is such an idiot. I can't believe how many folks are defending her. It's not that boring in Kane county.

The judge made a fair determination...I am saying to all of you out there making judgements on only a few facts...she is innocent until proven guilty. That is how the system works and if you do a little research like I did on this you will see at the accident she was not even issued a ticket because it was determined at the seen by witnesses and scene investigation there that she was hit. Google it!

That is how the criminal system works. We here are not bound by its strictures.

But she is NOT innocent of violating the terms of her bond. She was not only supposed to not indulge in alcohol she was supposed to stay away from places where it was being served. She was also supposed to make weekly phone calls to check in. She admitted to drinking and being at parties where alcohol was served and she failed to make those calls. She agreed to these terms so that she would not have to sit in jail until her trial date. She is lucky that she only has to wear a bracelet. She could have easily had her bond revoked and been thrown in jail for these violations.

That is why I said the judge made a fair determination on the bond issue! As far as being guilty of killing...innocent until proven guilty.

I noticed you are from St. Charles and it is my best guess that you know Ms. Scoliere. I googled this and you are full of it. It's either you know her or you spent hours and hours researching this. There are soo many articles about her - I find it amusing that she is getting more than her 15 minutes of fame! Someone already quoted an article in a previous post that SHE collided with him. DUH! She made the left turn-he had the right of way...

If this young woman is so innocent of being drunk, why not have the blood re-tested immediatley, before all this even began? It is the same as refusal of a lie detector. She should have demanded it immediatley to PROVE her innocence instead of dragging this out for 2 yrs. Any innocent person would have done exactly that! It's not just a DUI here it is a reckless homicde charge...

Four questions: Where there with her that night (underage drinking) like a lot of the kids protecting her? Or were you one that showed up on the scene immediatley after gaulking in shock of how bad your friend messed up? Did you see the dead guy in the street? Or are you like the idiot that posted girls just want to have fun and since she is young and beautiful and was not on a motorcycle she should get away with MURDER!?! People do and have talked about this and yes I am one that knows one of them and I am following this because it makes me sick!

The judge did NOT make a fair determination (bond violation 2x's) she should be in jail until her trial. I wonder how would you feel if you were on the other end of this-the victim or his family. Your a fool and your full of bla bla bla!

Not even issued a ticket? What do you think a ticket is? She was issued a ticket for killing that guy. That is why she had to go to court.

Oh I am sorry googler...go ahead and judge the situation with your complete judgmental bias...you have every right. It is people like you that discourage me. Would two wrongs make a right if the fact was according to you she is guilty? Why not pray for her...hoping that God will work this for the good? The way our system works is you are innocent until proven guilty but people like you have no problem saying such idiotic things that make you feel righteous. I just hope for your sake that nothing happens in your family that would be tragic. The media loves the facebook story....much more than the facts. YOu are a lemming!

My "bias" comes from people that know HER!

It is people like you that discourage me. Would two wrongs make a right if the fact was according to you she is guilty?

The only way there could be two wrongs here is if she gets away with it, the innocent guy is already dead.

Why not pray for her...hoping that God will work this for the good?

I'll pray for the dead guy's soul and justice, you pray for her to face what she really did and beg God for forgiveness. Trying to get away with it shows no remorse-good luck to her on that one! Or maybe she toasted to the dead guy every time she violated her bond and drank after this "alleged" crime occurred.

The media loves the facebook story....much more than the facts.

The facts in the Facebook story are about her violating her bond, are they not? Guilty, guilty, guilty.

YOu are a lemming!
Name-calling is not very nice...
