She should be lucky to be free. The Motorcyclist is DEAD - FOREVER. To bad the tears were not for the victim but for HERSELF.

And since the defendant has not been found guilty, she is presumed innocent, yes?
Yes I bet the dead motorcyclist would have agreed with you- NOT!

The judge should have thrown her sorry butt in jail. I'm glad she has to be publically humiliated. She KILLED someone drinking. She should have to do the maximum time allowed by law, plus 10 years for acting like a show-off.

Hopefully the prosecution will use these pictures to show a true lack of remorse on the part of this selfish little brat.

Yes, but it's a condition of her bail, which she presumably agreed to. Otherwise she'd have to post more money or spend her time in jail instead of college. Oh well; she made the deal.

Way to go Erika, you're making everyone real proud. You have a bright future, keep drinking, it can only get better. Doesn't alcohol make everything better?

That whole accident was a mess. The guy ran a red light on a motorcycle.

This b**** should rot in jail. She is extremely lucky to be out on probation, and she is stupid enough to drink, AND let photos be posted online of it, after being ordered not to even be around alcohol.

MY guess is she'll be stripping and a single mother by 25, if she's not still in prison.

She will soon find a way to violate her bond some more. Judge should have locked her up so she wouldn't have another chance to kill some one else.
Her lawyer is a stupid as she is, probably hosted the party she passed out at. Her crying???? What a fake, she made her bed so now she has to sleep in it.

And she SHOULDN'T be subjected to public scorn? She killed someone and violated her probation. Maybe she'd rather sit in a jail cell while she awaits trial? You should be in tears, killer!

I'm all for anyone who has been busted drunk driving (whether they've killed someone or not, whether they've been in an accident or not) to be punished...but isn't it all too easy for someone to post an old photo of you with a drink in your hand, and have it appear that it happened recently?

It's not parole or probation until after a verdict. Right not she's out on bond.

Scoliere admitted to the most recent violation Wednesday and left the courtroom in tears after hearing her punishment.
Besides, I presume that the prosecutors/judge would look into the pictures before blindly accepting them as current...or even that they are of Scoliere before any punishment is levied.

She left the court room crying because she is being charged $15. a day for her new bling? What about the biker that didn't make it?? Yeah he might have ran a red light but if ditzy dumb azz was sober she would have seen/heard him! DUI + dead person = murder.
