Its not the organizers or BLM's responsibility to keep knuckleheads away from speeding race cars on a 200 mile road course. Its also impossible to enforce safety rules unless a couple of hundred people are hired to stand along the course every 100 feet. Its up to the spectators (bros and bro hoes) to keep their heads out of their asses, and stop getting drunk on the side of the racetrack just so they can look cool in front of their peers.
