i had purchased an item on e-bay, through proline. when i received the item, it was a box within a box with packing material around it, the outer box was undamaged. the inner box was damaged, along with the item inside of it. i sent proline a parts list of what was damaged, they wrote me back saying they would send me the replacement parts. after that i had not received a clear responce from proline other than a car was driven into their building, and they would return my messages. that was almost a month ago. the other thing i can do is leave a bad review on e-bay. or take then to small claims court, 500 dollars is alot to toss into the trash. dave

Buyer beware for this seller. The item I bought was defective and packages as poorly as anything I have ever received. Seller wanted to replace the item, but it was milled poorly and I was concerned the replacement would be defective. The freight charge to return this $33 item was $8. Seller claims he never received my return, it's been a month, I didn't pay extra to get the delivery confimation and now have learned a $33 lesson. I'm pretty sure he is taking advantage of my error. Stay away from Proline Trading unless you are either feeling lucky or plenty of money and or time to waste.

if you pay with paypal or a visa aren't you protected? i just file a visa claim and they put the burden of proof on the seller. got a porta power from PL and it also was repackaged over the original damaged carton, but the inside damage appears to be limited to a plastic piston sleeve. if not i will be claiming a refund. i plan toorder some additional items but due to the responses here, will avoid the larger items.

I purchased a scissor lift in feb. and wasn't able to use it until april. now I find out it is defective and will not lift. I sent numerous emails to the company (7) and after repeatedly explaining the problem I finally got a response today and was basically told that there were no refunds or exchanges after 30 days. this was not a cheap item, I spent over $250.00. I plan on filing a claim with visa.

I purchased a Wood Lathe copier, when I recived the item was broken and is not new as they stablish, also I left several phone messages but never got an answer from them. The only thing that I recived was an E-Mail telling me that I can return the product but loose the shipping and a 20% restoked fee. I place the order from , also I want to know if we can get all the claims together and put a sue to this compamy.

I didn't ever order anything from this company but I do have a complaint. I manufacter a product called the instant garage and this company is using my photos and then sending there customers another brand then the customers are calling me wondering why they didn't ever get my product that I make and I have to get into this explaination of who this company scams there customers to sell a product that kinda looks like mine but is a chinesse cheapy. I just wish they would take my products pictures off there website and show a picture of what they are really selling. In the long run it's not worth it. My recommendations are to stay far away as possible from this company unless you can pay after you receive the product.

I just got ripped off by these fa----- for over seven hundred dollars. They misrepresented the product on their ebay listing, claimed they had sufficient stock on hand to fill my order, failed to ship on time because the item was not in stock and was on backorder from China. Ten days later they ship an item that was not what I ordered, it was less than half the size advertised. Now the fa----- will not answer my e-mails, will not answer the phone. They took my money and f----- me over.

Just received the Massive and Mobile 3 toolbox from these guys. The toolbox looked good online but when I unpackaged it the plastic housing and plastic wheels were broken. It is built pretty cheap. I do carpentry work and I can see this thing lasting about 3 days! After reading these comments I hope their customer service has improved. I would like to TALK to one of their reps and figure out something to make this right!

I ordered a 8 cu. ft. cement mixer from PROLINE TRADING CORP. via Amazon. is cleverly hiding the seller's name until you place an order and it gets packed and then it is too late to cancel the order! So I called Pro-Line and asked them to make sure they packed it safely and sent me all the good quality stuff. They assured me everything is very well taken care of.

What I received was a mutilated box with everything shredded and dented inside. The electric motor had deep multiple dents and cracks and is unusable. Screws were lose everywhere and most of the screws, wrench, washers were gone missing. Apparently they fell out of the holes in the box. The packaging is the WORST I have ever seen in my life. It was like a joke as if they did it intentionally to make things worst for the customer. I've seen complete idiots do business (and fail), but in this case my experience was worse than that. They want the buyer to return the item which costs over $100 and the packaging is destroyed, so the buyer has to buy a new box, new packaging etc. and pay over $100 to return a $299 item? Plus their price is $50 higher than other merchants selling the same cement mixer. There is no way they will remain in business.

These guys are crooks. They offer a product including freight and then post make an offer. You make a offer they counter offer 2 dollars less than buy now price. Then they charge you for the freight so the price is actually higher. Then the product shows up a week later broken. 2 days of phone calls and emails to get resolution and I have to run around to send back. They wont send replacement until it sits on there desk for 3 days. Replacement comes another week later... Same 1 still broken... Again with running around, phone calls and emails. Back to there office again with the tool. Still waiting for the next replacement. Full of excuses!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS
