Big thank you to Superintendent Salerno for taking immediate action on this matter. Hopefully the past administration will also be scrutinized. What a shame that this happened but at the same time, doing the right thing should always be admired.

I'm all for keeping thing on the up & up, but hopefully this isn't about bring in your own regime.
I always feel that all sides should be watched when it
concerns public projects and funds.

What do you mean by regime?

All sides should be watched, of course!

But there's much more to watch--not only internally but externally and the nexus across districts in El Monte.

So many high-paid administrators are in both districts--yet only about 1% of them live inside the local districts

$100K+ salaries are not uncommon.

I am told that Jeff Seymours gets $215,000 per year to run 16 schools.

His wife just retired on $100,000 per year.

That's much more than our Gobvernor Browne makes.

Does this make sense? No way, Jose.
Let's also look at El Monte City Schools Administration.

There's great nepotism in both districts within and across.

Just ask whose husbands/wifes/cousins/nephews /aunts/sons/daughters
are working in the high school district and in the city school district.

You will be astounded!

Yes, it's about time that the FBI looked into the high school district and the city schools.

There's so many stories about corruption in both.

And, of course, the nepotism within both and across both.

And, who loses? The students, of course.
