Bribery : A federal crime. The FBI has to be involved. Daytona Beach was given a new states attorney. The previous attorney was fired for not finding evidence. Garrett will mention names to plead to a lesser charge of conspiracy or recieve a full pardon. Clifton/Mitchell- will talk to have time reduced. Buchanan will go down with them. Each of them will name names. It's like domino's waiting to fall. The F.B.I only needs one for a full scale investigation. Property sales are directed toward the pier. So is this investigation.

Take into consideration that the Daytona Beach police department is under investigation. If the A.C.L.U. has issues with the areas around Nova- Ridgewood it has to be over zoning laws & building permits.
