The preparations for Thanksgiving have begun. What are you thankful for - besides that the date for Thanksgiving hasn't been changed YET -?

Actually, President Obama is considering changing the date so it doesn't interfere with Ramadan.

I so thankful my daughter was home with a sick baby on 5 Nov. I am thankful for all those who do so much for us. I am thankful for family. I am thankful for all the people on Topix who allow me to vent and overlook my version of humor.

I am thankful that I furthered my education beyond the sixth grade. In doing so, I am able to communicate my opinions in a manner that others are able to easily read and comprehend. I appreciate that I was able to learn correct spelling and the appropriate use of capitalization, punctuation and proper grammar. I am certain that I would appear a complete moronic, FREAK SHOW if I had not learned these basic writing skills BEFORE attempting to communicate with lucid adults here on Topix....

wut u saz. I dunt understand a ting youz be riting abot.
I am Thankful that I know people just type to fast and do not bother to read what they have typed before they post it .
I am Thankful that for the most part I can understand what they mean in the words they tried to type in their post.
I am Thankful that I find enough fault in my own life that I do not need to point out the faults of others in such a manner that it does nothing but prove that I am but a fool myself.

Dang it I just screwed up. Ok I take back the last part. I mean that would be pointing it out , huh ? Oh well. I am also Thankful enough to forgive myself for proving myself a fool.

Thank GAWD SOMEONE on here could see past their last typo...Jeez, ppl I WAS NOT SPEAKING OF THE OCCASIONAL typo WE ALL MAKE! I was voicing my frustration over the barrage of posts by a certain poster that seems far better suited to the Neody site. SORRY!!!!!!!!! I had NO IDEA that so many would identify with it personally. BTW FUEL, glad that you continued on past 6th as well..... Lastly, I think the irony will be lost on most.

Guess the time you spent "back in the day" cultivating your pot buds, would have been time better spent with a book, huh?

Unlike a radio where it takes some physical effort.. All you have to do here is NOT READ IT!!

If there is someone who really gets you going,WHY IN THE SAM HE11 DO YOU PUNISH YOURSELF BY READING THEIR POST'S? If the spelling and grammar is SSOOOOO bad...Why read it?

But NOOOO... you feel the need to come on here and critisize any and all who don't have your superior abilities...

I know I am not educated.Hell I didn't even finish High School. What I do know I learned on my own, because I wanted it. If you find it ironic that I critisize the critics..Let me explain it... I get a kick out of turning the BS back on BS..

Now I've had the table turned on me a time or two..Had some trouble prying my foot out of my own mouth too.. But, I didn't whine about nobody understanding me...

Maybe you'll find this diatribe a bit long and boring, maybe kinda hard to follow...(yes, that was a redundancy)
Then maybe,,just maybe, you shouldn't have raed it...

And Fuel....It's ok...My toot's don't stink :)

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Pisces

You're lacking in energy and resources today, which will soon slow you down and make you feel as though you're wading through treacle. The only way to cope is to have as many breaks as possible, and not to set yourself impossible goals that you could never hope to meet. You're also very susceptible to the criticisms or put-downs of others, but do your best to ignore them.
