Where's the Greenville Ag. Center located? I'm not real familiar with Greenville.

Not true! I saw Hugh Sweatt (the co-chairman) at Subway the other day and told him I had heard the same thing. He told me it will be in downtown Central City and he knows of no plans to move it.

I love the Cruise In. What a wonderful time to enjoy our city. I remember when I was a kid, 2nd street was lined every weekend like the cruise in. Then they passed some stupid ordinance that banned the parking in the well lit parking lots.

I still love CC.

i like the cruise in .wish they had it two or three times a year.after the everly brother concert stop the cruise in is it for central city.last year they stop people from doing burnouts.and where writing tickets.if the cops caught you.but it is still a lot of fun.brings a lot of people to central city.

I love the cruise in too, Im glad the cops write tickets because one of those trucks about ran over my family lastyear. The cruise in is the best event Muhlenberg County has each year. At least you get to see different people and their pride and joy in their automobiles, who ever came up with the Cruise In is the greatest. I love old Cars and the cops do a great job to control it each year.

Greenville Ag Center??? Do you mean the big building at Powderly, on the bypass? It is neither in Central City nor Greenville. Many still refer to it as the "Horse Barn". It was a pet project of Jimmy Brown. And if you really know Central Citians and their belief that their life stops at the city limits, then you know they would never have a Central City cruise-in anywhere but Central City.

the burnouts would be great if they would have them in a safe place.doing a burnout in front of all the people on the sidewalk.is not safe,if you lost control and ran into the the people standing on the sidewalk it would be bad.some of the cars that come to the cruise in are high horsepower cars,and are not stable on blacktop.but love the cruise in.

The cruise in is the next best thing to the Everly Brothers concert. I worked at the concert for 17 years and have taken my car to all the cruise in's. What makes the cruise in special is because it is downtown and everything is free!
I hear that they are going to have a carnival this year for the kids. I hear that it is going to be in the old a&p parking lot.
Have you noticed that there is a new stage going up downtown?

Just when I thought the cruise-in couldn't get any better, along comes this year's. It was teriffic. I don't see how they can improve it next year but I bet they do. Thanks to the people who put it on.
