However, if the boy's Father doesn't know how his own firearm was obtained by his son, and presumably he ~did~ have his arms locked away, then you left to explain things.

In any case of the above, your remarks amount to more of the same kind crap we read about otherwise.

Did the parents =TEACH= their son about the dangers of mishandling firearms?
Did they teach him anything at all?

All of the locks in the world ain't going make a firearm safe, as you seem to believe.

In any case, the teen in the story =CERTAINLY= is responsible for his own actions.

You seem to =WANT= to blame others for the acts of the one.
Why is that?
