Who's fooling who!Just another liberal tree hugging program forced down our throats and into our wallets.

It is not a tree hugging program, it is a way to save 13 cents per thousand on our taxes that have recently went through the roof.

And for those of you that haven't noticed. The republicans have made it so we no longer have wallets.
