Your time is coming, "bro". That is, if you're intelligent enough not to get yourself killed before you are an old -uck yourself.(Which I doubt

Now really, pretend that you are the guy in charge of hiring for this job and you get a video of some imbecile jumping off a bridge. Will you hire him? Be honest.

Why did the cops have to waste time and money for this?? Job security. Think of the jobs this guy made possible.

Back in the fifties and sixties it was almost required that you jump off the Haulover bridge into swirling currents that could easily sweep you out to sea. But we were young and free then.

I use to jump off bridges from Jupiter to Fort Lauderdale when I was a teenager. It's a rush! Why are people hating on him in here? It has nothing to do with you.

I hope you dont get picked for the show
And he had to be arrested why? People your rights are slowly being taken away from you and no one will even pay attention until its to late. If the man wants to jump of a bridge and he is doing no harm to anyone then let him jump

I remember the good old days at Haulover myself. It actually got to the point after they banned bridge jumping that you couldnt even jump off the seawall under the bridge on an outgoing tide. OH WELL

While it seems that the Po Lice should have more important stuff to do, it is all a matter of liability and the City, County and State governments want the police to respond in such situations to minimize liability as well as to provide real life "training" situations.
Have a nice day!
The facade of liability is created by lawyers and then peddled to the public. The reality is there is NO liability! It's a bridge it has hand rails and sidewalks. Who could possibly be liable if you decide to jump the rail and give flying a try? I will tell you, In the screwed up litigious world we have now created it would be whatever entity has the deepest pockets which is a lot of dung. People are responsible for their actions so how could this guy voluntarily jumping off a bridge possibly be blamed on someone else? Pretty soon we will be suing the auto makers cause our cars run out of gas, or, would we sue the oil company? I dont know. I may need to consult a lawyer on this matter
