Hello,
I live in beacon point in south amboy and am looking to rent my condo. it's a great place to live and my condo is in great condition (2br/2ba, hardwood, upgraded granite kitchen, ground floor garden apt - perfect for an older couple who is done climbing stairs with groceries). I'd love to stay but the commute to manhattan is too long for me. I'm looking to rent my place for $2000 but am slightly negotiable for the right person/people. please email me if you are interested.
