What about the Verizon Cell Tower that was placed ontop of the senior citizens apartments. Most other towns would not let a tower be placed in their town or even ponder the idea of placing a 100 ton unit on top of a seniors building. These poor seniors are terrified of that thing crashing down on their heads and affecting their pacemakers and hearing aids. The fee cell cpmpanies pay for a host site is sometimes in the millions, WHO GOT IT!!

This town was full of unwanted people and drugs before jack took over. This was the pcp capitol of N.J.for those that dont know what that is its angel dust a very bad drug. So this town over the last 20 years has come along way. Broadway is clean and inviting a nice new train station and wonderful park for our children down by the water. There is much more to come too watch

Anyone see the front page headline and story of the Amboy Beacon? Why would 12 (yes 12) SA city officials not file a Financial Disclosure Statement as they are required to do by the Local Government Ethics Law? They were supposed to be filed in April '08. Eight of the same officials failed to file by April of '09 too. What are these guys thinking? The law was enacted by the State Legislature so that the public could detect possible conflicts of interest by certain local officials. Why wouldn't you file the FDS? More embarrassment for SA.

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Leo

A loved one is being rather tetchy today. It won't take much to get on their nerves, even if you think they're being grossly unfair about it. Try not to make the situation worse by being sarcastic or provocative. Instead, encourage them to tell you what's wrong but without raising their voice. Once you know what you've done to irritate them you can start to put it right.
