RIP Kristin. I hope you knew how much my brother loved and adored you. This is so hard for both our families to know that Kristin is not here with us. My love and prayers to Kristin's family. We loved her- she was a part of our family

The stop sign on Randall Rd. and 25a isnt sufficient, people run through that all the time and if this accident proves anything, we need a traffic light at that intersection.

I feel bad for this girl's family. This is what happens when people talk on the cell phone and/or just think they're too special to stop for stop signs. The jerk should be facing charges.

"It's just a tragic accident," Harris said, adding that the intersection "is all plastic and glass from all the fender benders" that occur there."":
Well, isn't that special. Has the thought ever occured to any of these "officials" to perhaps look into why all this plastic and glass is strewn about this intersection? Maybe even do something to fix it? Nah.

I never told Kristin how much I admired her for the person she was and although I was older than her I looked up to her in so many ways.

Nassau county just paid 13 million to settle a lawsuit because they knew a road was dangerous and did nothing to fix the situation and a woman is crippled for life. This poor woman is dead and from the sound of it this dangerous intersection has been the scene of a lot of serious accidents in the past. Yet Suffolk would rather spend their money on a work center for illegal day laborers then make the roads safer for tax paying citizens. I hope her family sues the hell out of the county so maybe these corrupt politicians will spend our tax dollars where they should be spending them. R.I.P Kristin and let God watch over your family after this terrible loss.

We'd like to thank everyone for writing such beautiful things about Kristin, she was too young to be taken. We want everyone to remember her smile, laughter, and the way she brought sunshine to all.

We Love You Kristin,

This is a terrible tradgic accident that is no ones fault. It could have happened to anyone. My family's thoughts and prayers are with both families tonight. It's no ones fault really, sometimes bad things just happen to good people. Some people should get the fact's straight before they go running there mouth's. He is not a jerk and he did not intentionally blow the stop sign. It was an accident. He is a very responsible young man who i'm sure is devastated by this whole incident. For you to even have the balls to state he should suffer more then he already will is just ignorance. I would like to see you put your self in his shoes for just one minute. Who's the jerk now! YOU JERK!!!!

Although Kristin and I were friends for only a little over a year, she was one of my closest friends. Some of our proudest moments were when people thought that we had been friends for years or strangers asked if we were sisters. Her strength, independence, and thoughtfulness were, and continue to be, an inspiration to me. I will never forget all the things we did and memories that were made. Tiff Dirt loves and misses you always!

It pains me to see that some people are so ignorant and don't understand that the definition of an accident is something that happens UNINTENTIONAL. He was NOT on a cellphone he was NOT drinking he was NOT tring to be a 'cool guy' and blow the sign. Not that I need to explin him to you, but it was night time, he was driving in a place where he was unsure of. He just plain and simple didnt see the sign. Admit it or not, this happens to EVERY driver, except for this time my brother has to face such tragic consequenses for his mistake. Kristin knows he didnt mean it- she always made fun of him for driving like an old man. I know her family doesnt put blame on him, they know Greg. Dont you think he is suffering enough? Who's the jerk now??
Kristin your memory will live on forever in Greg, he loved you with every once of his body. You have made a difference in our lives. I love you

Tragic accident, run a stop sign, tragic consequences result. Make a fatal mistake, other people suffer as a result, my heart goes out to the victim; unfotunate, but only one person was behind the wheel.

Please stop the trash talk about Greg, it was a mistake!! I only met Greg once, but was a very nice guy & he treated Kristin with the upmost respect. We've spoken to him since the accident, and we have no doubt that it was a mistake. He loved her and we know that. Like the rest of us, he's going thru enough without people trash-talking him. Let him be, leave him to mourn. That's the family's request, so honor it, PLEASE!!
