I think what they charge for rent is outrageous
there is no security, no pool. nothing.
it really isnt worth the money.

There are much nicer places out there.

My Wife & I Live at the waterfalls, We never had a problem
with any of the employes, With all the snow storms last year
our parking and sidewalks got cleaned the same day, Susan and
thee staff are wonderfull, If I had a business I would want
Ms Susan to be the manager,She takes no BS, Dennis

My friend who has lived at the waterfalls for awhile told me last week that a building there is infested with bed bugs! The management knows about this and has done nothing about it.

Ugh, I hate it when stupid people try to write. "been a professional in speaking to????" Are you retarded? Did you even go to college?

It's obvious that the favorable reviews are written by management themselves. You can tell from the writing patterns. Dumb people trying to sound smart. Besides, what tenant would really waste their time defending their complex? Who cares? And how many seniors even know how to use a computer? lol.

Instead of trying to block the bad reviews, why don't you do your job and FIX THE ISSUES!

We have been without hot water for a week. I have called the office, written on my rent check envelope and emailed to no avail. The community is very nice in appearance and the main thing wrong is the pay no attention to service calls and are not responsive to the tenants. I have been here three years and because of the lack of concern am wondering why.

Susan was wonderful when I came looking for an apartment, but there is never any follow up and is not attentive to our needs. I often wonder how she treated her mother or was treated. Seniors are not second class citizens. Soon she'll be one herself.

Susan is the Manager here at the Waterfalls. She is the only employee in the front office. With that being said we must take into account that she has many other duties and responsibilitys to handle on a daily basis. Other +55 communities on Long Island have 2-3 employees in the front office, the Waterfalls has ONLY ONE....

No heat for you means no heat for all apartments in your courtyard
at the same time. I am sure maintenance was working on the no hot water problem. I also had no hot water at one time, took a few days to repair and this time seemed reasonable to me.

Unfortunately we have only 2 maintenance people assigned to repair
over 300 apartments. Keep in mind any major repair will delay the minor repairs.

I am sure the hiring of additional staff at the Waterfalls complex
for her office or maintence personnel is not one of Susan's direct responsibilities. HOWEVER IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNERS OF THE WATERFALLS COMPLEX.

I am sure an additional employee in the front office to assist Susan will clear up some of your complaints....
