Thank you! To those of you that spoke on my behalf. It is important to me that the people who actually know me are happy with the way I do business. Just as important, is one’s reputation; I believe it is your most important asset. I had a strong reaction to being “cyber bashed” by someone I have never met. I try not to let someone else’s poor behavior affect my own…,sometimes I slip. Thanks again.

That is the way the management at this place (and many others) work. I once saw a maintenance worker (himself nearing retirement age) verbally assaulting a resident who must have been in her 80's! If I had been a relative of that poor woman's, I would have beat him to a pulp. Why people will tolerate such treatment and pay good money to live in these places which are run by disrespectful criminals is beyond me...but they can have it! In a few more years, half of these places will likely become slums and housing projects, just like that condo complex in Middle Island by Artist Lake.

You keep appearing and defaming the Waterfalls Community and its employees. I have been here since 2005 and have not seen personally or heard of these terrible things you speak of.

Disrespect towards a senior citizen from the employees does not occur at this complex period. I have only praise for all they do for the tenants here at the Waterfalls. This a unique rental community with special demands for the senior citizens.

Susan handles their concerns in a professional manner and many times on her own time. As you see I paint a different picture because I live here over five years.

This is the third time you have made derogatory comments on the Waterfalls complex and it is obvious you do not now what you are talking about. Is this a personal vandetta you have against the comnplex? Perhaps a call to you from an attorney may help you clear your thoughts.

Well, maybe things changed- as the place appears to have changed ownership before you moved in- or maybe you are just blind to what goes on...I don't know...I don't care- I have no vendetta, as I never lived there nor had any interaction with them....but I have known people that lived there prior to 2005, and visited several times, and did not like what I saw- but I could really care less, as people who are willing to tolerate such behavior deserve what they get.
My goal is to incite potential tenants to look closely and spend some time there walking around before signing on the dotted line.....
