They are still paying back nmoney due to 9/11 and hurricane katrina which they kept for themselves rather than distribute. You can find out that a # of their "organizations" in other countries/nations are in fact watching their every move with the money they are SUPPOSE to give to these poor unfortunate people. They're a business and not a very honest one PERIOD.
