As a former member of the NYCPD one of my assigments was a robbery post on Nostrand Ave. Bklyn. The First Hatian Community Out Reatch Program was there on Nostrand and Eastern Pkway. The year 1973. As you can see I go back far with the country's struggles. I heard you on "Comment Please" today. I STRONGLY suggest not to give one dime to the red cross. They are still paying back nmoney due to 9/11 and hurricane katrina which they kept for themselves rather than distribute. You can find out that a # of their "organizations" in other countries/nations are in fact watching their every move with the money they are SUPPOSE to give to these poor unfortunate people. They're a business and not a very honest one PERIOD.
