Very tragic and sad. I am so sorry for the family.

Why would they decide not to file charges against him for luring children into his apartment? If someone attempts to lure a child into a car, then the police are all over it. This situation is no different. The mother is right; this could have been prevented entirely if action had been taken.

Seriously. When the man got the little girls into the apt. and there were naked pics on the wall, he locked the door, and wanted them to see his "bird". That should have been a red-flag to anyone in the neighborhood!

"and she din't immediatly move away, because. Oh yeah, because she's the ghetto mouther of the year."

Who said it was the ghetto?

How easy do you think it is for a mother to just up and move within 3 weeks?

Sure, blame the grieving mother. Not the sick pervert that raped this little girl, killed her and dumped her in the garbage.

Clearly you are an idiot.

That is so sad- another incident that could of been prevented had the police listened & did his job. Some cocky cop didn't take the complaint seriously enough not to do anything about it! That same cop will pull you over for going 8 miles over the speed limit. Disgusting!Yet they patrol society for us???

1) No proof, dunce. Duh?

2) Is there such a thing as an "attempted luring" charge? Go fetch your state's statute and bring it here. I want a statute number. As for police being "all over it", those dunces can hardly be held responsible for being all over a donut.

3) What situation are you talking about? The police ARE "all over it" now that a crime can be proven to have occured. Police cannot do a thing but ask questions unless it can be proven that a crime HAD occured.

4) Exactly, had the mother taken steps to be responsible for protecting her own child, this wouldn't have happened. Police are not responsible for an individual's safety unless a special duty is owed. A special duty is owed when;
1) police enter a contract with an individual
2) when a person is in police custody

Oh, right away, the police that let this girl find a rapist just happens to be a "HE". LOL, sexist punk.
