Settle back and have fun. A race just needs 2 cars

Higher gate price, higher concessions, kids upset cause no ice cream and then no cars. Doubt we will be back. Heard they took out the ice cream cause it cut into concession sales- all about the almighty buck- who cares what fans want????? Smh

Went last night and it was boring and only 38 cars. Don't think I will go back.

I was definitely expecting more of the grand stands and pit stands to be fixed. I also agree that it was boring due to a low car count. But oh well, it was the first race of the season. Ready for KMS!

Even with car count down. And all the other disappointments people had. The over all night was more impressive. Than the dumb ass in the Black Camaro. That thought he had a drag race car when leaving. Yep your car is fast enough to get loose in gravel.

What did they raise the gate prices to? The ice cream stand was a great thing to have always a line there. Maybe it will be out there eventually, hopefully. And the food prices went up? They was already high.

$10 now for general admission but apparently they don't charge for children 11 and under anymore

38-45 cars a night really isn't alot either. I raced there in 2009 and 2010. We had to get there early to make sure we had a decent place to park. I remember one event we had trailers in the infield and even a couple pitted on the staging lanes not to mention the general admission parking and stands were packed. All tracks are getting fewer and fewer cars every year. Its expensive to race and its not the track promoters fault or the tracks fault but car counts are down. Now as far as how it was ran I would day everything seemed to go pretty darn smooth Sunday night. We had 8-10 cars per heat race and sometimes had 3 heats in one class. It was a blast but personally I think its just simply gotten to expensive for alot to build and race a car to be competitive in any class. I dont care if they only have 20 cars total I will still go watch because its a passion I have.
