Man Pleads Not Guilty To Videotaping Neighbor
Deputies Say Video Was Sent To Woman's Boss
http://www.ksbw.com/news/25027048/detail.html
SALINAS, Calif.-- A Salinas man accused of videotaping a neighbor undressing and then sending the video to the woman's boss has pleaded not guilty.
Steven Edwards, 28, was charged with accessing computer data without permission, concealing a camera, harassment using an electronic communication and resisting arrest.
Deputies said they found evidence that Edwards secretly videotaped a Spreckles woman and then hacked into her e-mail account and sent the video to the woman's boss.
Edwards is scheduled to be back in court Sept. 28.

He must not have the ugly neighbors I have. I would not want to video tape them; I don't even like to look at them or think of them being nude!

Is this country going nuts or what?

more about the psychology of peeping toms:

http://www.articlesbase.com/mental-health-art...

to quote:

"“Voyeurism is a disorder that involves achieving sexual arousal by observing
an unsuspecting and non-consenting person who is undressing or
unclothed, and/or engaged in sexual activity. This behavior may conclude
with *mb* by the voyeur. The voyeur does not seek sexual contact
with the person he is observing,” according to MedicineNet.

All of us are Peeping Toms or voyeurs to certain ex¬tent and this has made
the producers of skin flicks filthy rich. Kids are normally interested in their
bodies and they like to compare their genitals with those of the opposite sex.
At school, boys watch girls and vice versa. All this is an essential part of our
sexual maturity.

Voyeurism becomes bad if it becomes a substitute for sex. The real voyeur
doesn't get any pleasure from watching pornographic movies or reading
books or magazines of the same nature. Instead he prefers looking at other
people's genitals in public toilets. He frequently visits parks and movie
houses where he can spy on lovers doing their thing.

Others go to the extent of crawling to their neighbor's backyard at midnight,
hoping to get a glimpse of naked bodies. The danger of being caught or seen
by others arouses voyeurs even more. This is the only way they can get
sexual satisfaction.

Most voyeurs are shy, isolated individuals who fear women and doubt their
sexual capabilities. Peeping gives them a sense of fulfillment without the risk
of being rejected by others.

If voyeurism is the result of emotional immaturity, it can be corrected by
psychotherapy. But if it persists, it may be a serious personality disorder
that is difficult to cure."

This was just one of the complaints that John Colby's neighbors list their petition to have him evicted from the sectioning department there on Grandview. A peeper that invades their privacy and frightens their children.

Colby's basically admitting he can't help himself. Is this another one of his disabilities? Don't his therapy cats help?

Very, very Interesting....
I gotta say that I SERIOUSLY doubt that Colby is gay, that he is proclaiming that he is "gay" so that he can use the "fact" of his gayness(?) for if/when he finally and justifiably gets beat (for being an A**hole), he can cry "Gay hate crime".
Mr. and Mrs. Colby are VERY sue-happy.

That would be both of John's bipolar personalities.
