Review: Reyes Auto Service

My husband and I brought our family car to Reyes auto twice for them to replace both our wheel bearings. Both times the car was making a loud noise upon leaving the lot and both times it was apparently due to a "faulty part" and they had to correct it. After this happened to second time, it took all but 3 days for our car to start making the same grinding noise again. We took it to another auto shop, and we were informed that it was just faulty work, and the right wheel bearing that had just been replaced needed to be replaced again. We called Reyes auto, specifically a man named Junior MULTIPLE times to demand that they reimburse us for their poor work without ever receiving a phone call back. Now, another 2 weeks later and our LEFT wheel bearing is grinding and needs to be replaced also as they not only messed up ONE but TWO wheel bearings TWICE IN A ROW without so much as a returned phone call or message to even apologize for their incredibly bad work. Considering I have 2 very young children, it is not worth the risk to take your car to Reyes auto- they have absolutely no idea what they are doing and they obviously have no cares about their customers satisfaction or safety. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
