And take Obama with you.

You guys catching this?
Obama will call for increased oversight of 'executive pay at all banks, Wall Street firms and possibly other companies' as part of sweeping plan to 'overhaul financial regulation', NY TIMES reporting Sunday, newsroom sources tell DRUDGE... Developing..
Not just TARP recipients?

NOW he's going to propose the Feds have oversight of what people make, even IF they don't receive TARP money?

Where in the H*LL does Obama think he gets the authority?

He's insane. A complete lunatic.

The thing about Fascism is it's flexibility. You ALWAYS need your "enemy of the state" - the "binding element" of the individual facits - but, he can be anyone and it can change at a moment's notice.

So, as you local Brown Shirts may have noticed, YOU DON'T HAVE GEORGE BUSH TO KICK AROUND ANYMORE.

So, all that perfect anger an blame has to be focused on a "new" enemy. But, Rush is way too clever for you and, besides, you can't touch him.

So, look out "king of the mountain", cause you're next.

If you have not noticed, MANY politicians are creepy and immoral, left and right.

Folks, all the Dirty Demos are corrupt.

How many more "Governor Badhairaviches" and former Senator "Tom Stashing Tax Dollars" are they going have to throw out of the sled before we finally realize that THEY ARE ALL CROOKS?

It kinda makes the "Improperly Gay" wide airport restroom stance Senator from North Dakota seem downright ETHICAL. Doesn't it?

And, it makes the Dirty Demo's Public Employees Union STING of that "sitting senator" as he was TRAVELING TO AND FROM CONGRESS look like the UNETHICAL "quasi official" government secret police action that it really was.

Hopefully Dodd can take Barney Frank with him along with any other Democratic or Republican who has sold their office and this country to corporate interests. I personally hold Frank, Phil Grahm, and Bill Clinton responsible for the economic mess we are in today. Grahm and Clinton overturned the Glass Steagal Act that came about as a result of the great Depression to make sure it wouldn't happen again and those two geniuses assured everyone the markets can regulate themselves. Dodd and Shumer sold their office to the highest bidder and if anything good can come out of this mess is that politicians will be made to pay for their greed and negligence. Frank created the Community Redevelopment Act where one of the priorities was making sure every American got themselves into a home including it would seem illegal Aliens, people who couldn't afford a home, people who thought they could abuse the system on both sides of the aisle. Absolute stupidity just because some bankers gave them contributions so they could keep getting reelected and continue to steal from us. These people whether you accept it or not are traitors to this country and it's ideals

I grew up in CT when his father, Thomas Dodd was a long time senator and Democratic "political boss". And I mean that in the worst sense of the term. He was a pig at the trough and apparently so is his son.

DUMP DODD 2010 get on the band wagon NOW!
In his hometown of East Haddam, many fellow Democrats who have known Dodd for years are keeping an open mind.
"I think people here have a good sense of what kind of person he is, having a close-up view of seeing him at local restaurants, talking with him at local Christmas parties and events. We have a good sense of who he is and his record of accomplishment over many decades," said Matt Budzik, chairman of East Haddam's Democratic Town Committee.

How nice....his neighbors in East Haddam see their Senator out and about......dining at local restaurants, going to Christmas parties and events etc!
Who paid the TAB for all of this????
THE TAXPAYERS!!!!!!!!!! that's who....
Why wasn't the chairman of East haddam's REPUBLICAN Town Committee interviewed for this story?

"Anytime you have to explain things, that's an issue," he said. he being Senator Chistopher Dodd......son of former Senator Thomas J. Dodd.....who was censured by the senate ethics committee in 1967!
Probably the most honorable words that have driveled out of either side of the SLOBS mouth!
This entitled pompous jerk won't resign...
2010 .....DUMP HIM....Throw the BUM OUT!

Very good.......
In 1967 he was censured by the Senate for using campaign funds for personal purposes. Beyond the Senate Ethics Committee's formal disciplinary action, other sources (such as investigative journalist Drew Pearson and Jack Anderson's Congress in Crisis) suggest Dodd's corruption was far broader in scope.

Didn't any of you see the John Lott letter when he interviewed Golub, Blumenthals ex law partner, about the 1/4 Billion dollars he gave him of Ct. taxpayers money? Who was that guy that walked out with the 100 million bucks from the Teachers Fund? The one "dickie" never went after? And some people wonder why we are in debt as a state.

The Topix editor must have a program that automatically removes the live link about Blumenthal giving his ex partner 1/4 billion $$. The plain links have a space you have to move over or it will not work. This should be post # 25.

Wow, someone removed posts 16 thru 22. 13 is missing as well. Either its 'illegal' to post what you are posting(but then they should say so) or someone is intimidating Topix into doing it.

Have you tried posting it in all the papers? CT Post, etc.?

Dodd was such a fucking sleaze. I'm so glad he's gone. How fitting that he is now the president of some hollywood organization- he goes and associates with more leftist sleazebags, and he goes where the money is.

It's shocking that Dodd and Pelosi have never been charged or tried for their crimes. Martha Stewart doesn't seem to have as much pull. And this is just a little of what actually went on. Dodd still gets a full pension with better benefits than what we will ever see, and we are paying for that. And it's still a question as to why the country is broke.....
