Right now its citrus season-- great time to get some American non-zoonotic fecal contaminated citrus fruits!!!! American produce is WAY better then foreign grown where sewer treatment plants are few and far between.

Most people don't eat enough fruit-- a great way is smoothies

ingredients:

orange juice from florida or any american grown juice will work.

ice cubes

blender

and any american grown fruit will work --

Canadian fruit and produce is okay also.

A great way to put fruit back in your diet!!!

Personally, I'm not a big fan of the foreign Banana crop-- ever since the Dole corp. pulled out the Banana growing areas due to "coup's" and "uprising's"-- bananas are now fecal contaminated pretty much- green snot with sneezing the next day after eating 2 or more bananas-long term banana ingestion --- respiratory illness with hospital visit-- I take potassium pills instead of eating them.

btw. parts of northern california are hot enough, like San Jose, to grow bananas. you can grow your favorite kinds. shop for banana trees online.

I didn't see any bananas at the farmer's market today. There were apple and cherry pies, no tea, but lots of greens. Sometimes I buy dates. The homemade organic cheese is fantastic. There was a very sweet, cute grey/white adult girl cat who needs a home but without other animals. Last time I was there I ate two raw clams and an oyster—really good with horseradish and a squeeze of lemon.
