That's okay. I still maintain that the lions share of funding to create and maintain bicycle lanes comes from DMV license fees and tag fees. So come on now.....you and your ilk like to think that this information you pull out disguises that fact. The tax us and then create names for the sources to hide the real place that tax comes from. You know if private entities do that it is called......what? MONEY LAUNDERING. So the government is ACTUALLY LAUNDERING MONEY TO DISGUISE IT'S ORIGIN AND TO FOOL OLD ORDINARY JOE AND JANE BLO OUT HERE. Get real and wake up and SMELL THE COFFEE!!
Hey WESCRUZ, don't you think its a little early in the day to be drunk?!?!

We must need higher taxes and tag fees because there aren't nearly enough CHP to keep up with the red light and stop sign running car drivers.

I'm just dumb enough to assume that the bicyclist is going to run the sign or light, so I give them the time and space they need. What's another minute or so out of my day? I still expect cars to stop, but am always let down by the last minute light runners and the rolling right turners at red lights and stop signs.

You realize that driving, while legal, is morally wrong, don't you? That destroying our environment, our future, and geopolitical stability in order to get somewhere faster is selfish, borderline sociopathic behavior, even though everyone is doing it, is a point that you seem to have forgotten. That the laws were written based around this behavior is unfortunate, but it still doesn't excuse it.
