Dec 16, 2013 Full story: Patch.com 80

I don't know john, the problem was the administrator with the needle exchange---having the exchange next to the river--which is a convenient place to "stash" the needles--seeing how they against the law etc.--that is the incompetence--you should see through that--every coastal county has drug problems--and it does not seem to matter here, only when private property is on the line to be racketeered.-----I think the branciforte and isabel fiasco was a set up with the media etc.--and what was next after that--harvey west and pogonip!!

If you take the interferon--your already dead-I lived in a 400+ man dorm in prison and what interferon does--the hepatitis B crowd, were dying from interferon use-I don't think I ever saw one person make it with hepatitis B who took interferon--they look great for about one-two years--then they start dying. If your a american---you should have had your vaccinations for hepatitis B

If your worried about hepatitis C?? You can get that from fecal or blood in food-more so than sex--you can get C from sex but its rare-mostly anal.

and you really gotta have violent anal from C transmission

If someone is going to die from alcohol and drug addictions--having hepatitis does help--but their dying anyways and would have died from alcohol and drug use anyways----Hepatitis B is the killer. Seen it with my own eyes.--

The A B C hepatitis mix is apparent in the death rate--but its B, the people who have not been vaccinated--usually illegal immigrants or new family's.

Here's a thought, J helms. If you have to stick a needle in your arm to get high, slash your wrists while you're at it. I'm fine with junkies dying (and my name is not steve), the faster the better (quote me on that queerbait).

Having my father addicted to heroin, coke, meth, weed, alcohol and trying to commit suicide twice I've had first hand experience with junkies. When my dad popped a full bottle of narcotics and I found him before he started heading off into space, I told him exactly that, "Go die in the god damn gutter, get out of my house." Until you've been an addict, or had one in your family, you won't understand the slow death they're performing on themselves while ruining everyone's life around them. We've been homeless, we've been addicts (he still is with morphine), and I wouldn't care if someone said they're fine with junkies dying cause being down at that level you realize that life is a freaking joke using drugs and sticking needles in your arm. Get real, you deserve to die if you're that lame to use narcotics and needles.

I've seen you talk about being an addict, and now sober. You're lucky, good luck. I'm glad you didn't die in a gutter, but don't think I'll care if you do or don't if you're using heavy drugs that require an intravenous injection. Stupid decisions make stupid outcomes, if you shoot up you're clueless.

That's so annoying really, I got 11 years pure and plan to go all the way, but when the junkie hpv/hiv/herpes/cysts crowd are spreading so fast intentionally that are society is starting to go under--std spreading is so rampant the cops can't catch them all and spreading is starting to become normal. When the assault with a deadly weapon std spreading crowd dog's out the hepatitis crowd, so they can spread further and the cops who are std spreaders also play into in it- it really hurts--because our breeding margin is getting smaller and smaller-breeding margin is the females who want to have intercourse legally who are not infected with stds---in mexico? They do not have a breeding margin--the 50-80 year old females are infected now- so ages 1-80 are infected primarily.--which way is over half

Speaking of Dr.(LOL) Colby...

John Colby has a total life time work history of 2.5 years. A 22 year history of mooching off the federal and state governments. He exhibits antisocial and stalking behaviors and placed the so-called "clients" he advocates for at risk due to his negligent actions. He was evicted from Mission Garden Apartments on September 20, 2013. The eviction notice he posted on the internet says he was guilty of:

•Disrupting liveability
•Adversely affecting health, safety and right to quiet enjoyment
•Adverse financial effect on project
•Ongoing harassment of other tenants
•Photographing female caregivers after dark
•False complaints and harassment of staff
•False accusations
•Gathering and publishing personal data
•Publishing personal “genealogical analysis” and “family tree’ of staff and family
•Stalking behavior
•Hostile confrontations
•Aggressive interrogation
•Hostile and inappropriate interactions
•Hang-up phone calls to staff’s home numbers
•Loudly discussing (threatening)“going postal”
•Frightening staff
•Harassment of residents
•Causing multiple unreasonable expenditures
•Making multiple false and baseless complaints
•Require substantial management time and resources

He was evicted from the "Citizens for a Better Santa Cruz" group. In an email to Robert Kahn-Job on November 25, 2013, Steve Pleich stated his reasons for evicting him:

"John consistently attacks those whom he deems to be engaged in some unlawful or secretive enterprise without any foundation in fact whatever. These arguments are always subject to evidence he thinks he will discover through the requests for public records that never seem to yield the substantive proof he needs. By contrast and to be fair, when you criticize or take exception to something, your arguments invariably contain some facts in support or, at least, some scintilla of evidence. I did not create CFAB SC as a forum for John's ceaseless screed about how unfair the world seems to him personally and as a whole; He has two perfectly serviceable facebook pages of his own to publish and pursue that agenda.

By the way, the final "tipping point" for me was John's most recent attack post in which he attributed his facts in support to a "tipster"; his word, not mine."

John Colby REALLY needs help.

Have you ever gone on a clean up with a team like the clean team, jeff? Well over 30 years ago there were needles, condoms with semen in them, and other atrocious things on Main Beach and under the wharf (I've had friends on clean up crews back then, same with dylan and his video about the cave junkies used to sleep and shoot up in). You're not going to save the world handing out condoms or needles. The world will die on it's own eventually, societies will fall, that is life - it's in constant flux and change. Don't try to figure it all out, the more you know the sooner your realize how much you don't know and ultimately cannot control.

Our state and community colleges are starting to go under. Do you know who much just the herpes meds cost??? Just for the state of california? Their is 15 million herpes in this state sufferer's, 12 million who get mostly free herpes meds---THAT'S 11 BILLION$ A YEAR--AND THAT'S CONSERVATIVE--JUST FOR THE HERPES MEDS!!!-I have never once had intercourse in this state with a female who did not have herpes!!!

Unfortunately "WE" are John Colby's old colon puppets. They couldn't protect me when I got slammed as 'Paul Mendoza' on Patch on a similar thread. Is not candyland in the forest--those people are backed into a corner with their addictions and financial situation--only the cops should deal them, they got the computer and software and they know how to deal with the people on whatever level.--not to forget your going in a "hot zone" that is contaminated and you might get sick-or spread to other people-like your kids--not worth--just grab the 12 volts(if you can?) and leave the rest for CAB.
