The persistent, constant use of labeling a post as emanating from John or Pat Colby is easy enough to figure out. If you don't like a post, proclaim that it came from the Colby Compound. Then, drop some insults into your reply. Sexual and physical debasements are preferred, the crueler and insensitive the better.
This concludes Lesson Three.
"Colby Compound"?????

You mean the catcrap-stinking section-8 Ghetto that my taxes pay for?

(A) The GI Bill for Wartime Veterans was NOT the same thing as "Welfare". Not even close. It was payment for Services rendered, and risks taken.
(B) He was trained by the Military and qualified as a "Sharpshooter" AKA "sniper", using the terminology or slang of that time.
(C) None of that changes the fact that YOU have been a Welfare leeching parasite on MY tax dollars since 1992.
(D) You still haven't given your lame excuse for why?
Stop denying that you were raised on welfare.

The GI Bill was the same as unemployment benefits or SSI.

The GI Bill was a benefits program that your father had to apply for.

The welfare benefits he received were above and beyond the more than fair wage he earned for his service.

Your father was a welfare leech.

You, DBS, are a liar and welfare leech.

Your son is a welfare leech.

The DBS Klan has been leeching of of America since WWII.

Lying crapsack.

Just like the imaginary Methcookers are undercover SCPD.

It doesn't matter how many times you post the same stupid lie, it's never going to become the truth.

Denying that you were raised on welfare is a pretty massive fail on your part, DBS.

You should be thankful that families like mine stepped in to help a family like yours that needed help.

And we continue to help your son with college expenses.

That you receive welfare is no crime, DBS.

Be yourself.

John Colby welfare bum hasn't worked since 1992.

This thread was initiated by John Colby, section 8 dwelling, two decades running, unemployed parasite. John is well known in the area for writing letters to different public agencies excoriating their behavior and making demands. The mayor of Santa Cruz chastised him for diverting monies for the homeless for his own personal agenda.
28 of his neighbors presented a petition to the management company of his apartment complex demanding his eviction claiming he was a child molester. SCPD doesn't answer his calls because he's a known crank and cries wolf to often.
You can verify a lot of this if you just Google John Colby Santa Cruz or take a look at his LinkedIn page and you'll see just exactly how nutty he is.

John, in a current Topix thread was voted less in touch with reality than a box of rocks by a 5-1 margin.

I don't see anyone named "John" replying to you, and as someone who pays taxes and helps to support your family, DBS, I am asking that you own up to your welfare leeching.

My family has supported your family for 70 years now.

How do you repay the community for the gifts we give you?

You spend your time threatening people on the phone and on topix and you vandalize their houses.

You are a criminal that is supported by the welfare system, DBS.

And you are a Take Back Santa Cruz member.

The GI Bill was comprised of a variety of welfare benefits they had to apply for.

It went far beyond the very good pay they received for their service.

If they did not apply, they did not receive the GI Bill Welfare Benefits, so if a GI says he or she received GI Bill funds, it is the same as saying he or she received welfare.

DBS, you were raised on welfare.

No one faults you for having a father who needed handouts from the government.

My father was a WWII veteran and he didnt receive any funds from the GI Bill.

On the contrary, our family paid taxes at that time, which means we paid for the welfare your family received.

You are a welfare baby, DBS.......and a hypocrite and loon.

Take Back Santa Cruz is full of lying hypocrites and loons like you.

You are not old enough to have a father who served in World War II, John Colby, lying hemorrhoid and loon. The only thing your father ever did was raise a generation of welfare loons and social pariahs!

Lying shitpile.

$27 dollars a month for 24/7 service isn't "very good pay"!!

$35 Dollars a month for combat duty.

Don't open your FAT, Stupid, Welfare-leeching piehole when you haven't got the faintest idea what you are talking about.

And it still doesn't explain why you're a career Welfare parasite.

My father received the same pay for his service in WWII and our family has done very well. We also have not insulted our US military like you have by saying he was ripped off by them.

Unlike you, we have a great deal of respect for the US military.

We have avoided accepting welfare payments through hard work, unlike your family who had to apply for GI Bill Welfare Benefits.

And now your son receives public assistance.

I would like to distance myself from Take Back Santa Cruz inspired comments like this.

It really shows the hypocrisy of that organization.

DBS, I'm not saying that your father was "lame, lazy, or handicapped" because he needed to accept GI Bill Welfare Benefits.

He just couldn't support himself and your family.

He's not a lower form of life.

Your father was a good man.

And my family was happy to pay taxes and help him out.

I suggest you lose that Take Back Santa Cruz attitude of yours, it makes you sound like you hate your father.

As usual, you haven't got a clue about what you're talking about.

You keep referring to the GI Bill as a welfare program and it is NOT. In the US, welfare is a "means-test program." If you can't support yourself because you don't have a wage or salary above certain minimum level, you can apply for and receive welfare benefits.

The GI Bill has NO MEANS TEST and when enacted by the congress was done so specifically to compensate veterans for their wartime service.

That people have to apply for GI Bill Welfare Benefits makes it a means test program.

My father was a WWII veteran and he did not need to apply for funds under the GI Welfare Benefits Bill.

My father was not the type to accept welfare, unlike DBS's father.

It doesn't make my family better than his, only more independent.

And again, from the wikipedia page about the GI Welfare Benefits Bill...

"Benefits included low-cost mortgages, low-interest loans to start a business or farm, cash payments of tuition and living expenses to attend college, high school or vocational education, as well as one year of unemployment compensation."

There isn't anything more means tested than the status of being unemployed.

DBS's father was unemployed, apparently, since he was unable to support his family and he went to college straight out of the military.

You are wrong again, Donny B, and I think you are a lying Take Back Santa Cruz troll.

1) The act of applying for something does not constitute a means test.

2) The fact that your father did not use his GI Bill benefits was his decision.

3) Again, the GI Bill is benefit for having served NOT a welfare program.

4) Your derisive comments about DBS' father, using his GI Bill, is contrary to your claim that "...it doesn't make my family better than his." Your comments state exactly that!
