Another racketeering move, the area already has one in monterey, the state needs to socialize the monterey desal plant and everyone can move on with their lives!

I advised Paul on making FOI requests which unearthed public corruption involving the proposed Desal plant.

Racketeering groups go where the money is-- and milking "EIR"'s etc. etc. is part of the plan- Does the monterey desal plant want to sell out to the state of county or feds-did we pay for this plant with taxpayer money??-- lets use the funds for these "reports" --which is a "leaky faucet"-so to speak, and buy the monterey desal plant and ship water over here etc.-- that way our creeks and rivers, watersheds don't dry up with population growth-,,. Building another desal plant is just a waste-full solution- and will turn into a even costlier outcome thats unsightly, smelly and will bring in big city entity's our way-with the desal plant in monterey-population growth could be controlled with water amounts.

Even if we have to "appropriate" the monterey desal plant because of the std/drug epidemic and its healthcare costs over runs- the feds might have to step in to save our state's environment, economy- and fight racketeering entity's involved.

In the end- we cannot afford a "desal plant" here anyways-- in more ways than one.

Mission street is backed up already from traffic, let alone a giant factory being there- that means traffic and road modification's added to the bill, etc .etc.
