THE ORIGINAL BUZZ WRITES: "I find it beyond belief that you are stupid enough that you would believe trespassing, occupying and trashing (ie crapping in closets etc) someone else's property is an acceptable and LEGAL form of protest."
BECKY: You don't know what I believe. I was holding a sign OUTSIDE the building. What FELONY should I be charged with for doing that?
THE ORIGINAL BUZZ WRITES: Do you think when they inventoried the trash left behind they might find some empty chiffon pie tins with your fingerprints on them? From prior criminal acts, BJ, your prints are in the system. If any were found inside the building how will you spin that?"
BECKY: There are no fingerprints of me in the building. How do YOU spin THAT?
Since you are such a well-documented liar, the more you deny something the more it is likely that you did it.

BJ is up at 3am posting. Maybe she's living outside and taking meth because she's not supposed to sleep.

BJ is doing her Bart Simpson routine again.
Except she did it, somebody saw her, and I'm betting they can prove it. Winning.

Maybe the Fat Fraud was out looking for her "Big Win" or the SCPD's hidden stables? Or maybe that "elusive truth" she has yet to find?

Actually the students in Santa Cruz city schools are the ones who are winning as long as Becky's allowed nowhere near a classroom!

Amen to that. The only thing BJ could do in a classroom is serve as an example of a NIMBY, a fraud, or both.

I'm picturing an SNL style 'scared straight'.
I'm pretty sure just hearing her life story would straighten kids up.

A very sobering thought indeed. It would be, by far, her biggest contribution to education to date. Maybe she could tell them where the SCPD is hiding their horse stable and how she got smarter and lost weight by smoking marijuana. Actually, if they were just shown that picture of her leaving on the SC 11's court appearances, that alone would scare them straight!

This thread shows how DBS likes to threaten people with the fact that he might try to visit their home and vandalize their property as well.

Stop lying crackpot.

Vandalism involves monetary loss from the destruction/damage to property.

How much did the Crime-of-the-century cost BJ to repair?

Vandalism does not require a monetary loss.

It sure sounds like you are confessing to the crime, though.

Then he couldn't understand why they wouldn't send a Detective to investigate!!!!

Readers take note that the super-sized crackpot from Detroit didn't win anything by not going to jail.

She left out the part where if new evidence is presented by the remaining defendants pointing their fingers, the charges can be re-filed.

DBS WRITES: "She left out the part where if new evidence is presented by the remaining defendants pointing their fingers, the charges can be re-filed."

BECKY: DBS fails to grok that the DA has had over a year to compile and prepare evidence against me and couldn't make a single charge stick when I finally got before a judge with my preliminary hearing. Not a SINGLE CHARGE made in the list of indictments against me signed "under penalty of perjury" by DA Bob Lee was true. ALL were false. Judge Ariadne Symons signed my arrest warrant after reading the NON-CASE against me. She deserves rebuke also for her lack of judgement and her vindictive ruling.

Your point is?

None of that manure changes the fact that the other defendants haven't started ratting yet, to save their own skin.
