unowho Oklahoma City, OK	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Jun 2, 2008 There was no Hugo or Oklahoma in 1860. You might try the Pittsburg Co Historical Society in McAlester or the Bryan Co Historical Society in Calera for Choctaw Nation records.
