I appreciate your emotion, but please don't pass judgment unless you know all of the facts. You are correct in regard to God..., we all need Him...and He will be our justice.

I think that the Kerr boy and the Meeks girl both should receive the death penalty for killing an innocent person. If there is any justice in the judicial system, they will BOTH receive more than a slap on the wrist.

I knew and worked with Roy and Savannah. Roy was a great guy. Clayton was a little uncomfortable to be around and Savannah shocked me. I think he should of got a higher sentence and so should of Savannah.

I agree. They both should have gotten higher sentences. Especially when they showed them on dateline showing no remorse. I knew of roy, didnt know him personally, but some friends did, and he seemed to be a great guy.

Hey Kerr was a good friend of mine, I wont let u people bash him, Yeah he F*$%ed up. yeah he could have handled the situation better but come on, What I new of him he was a nice guy and I never saw it comming, have you people ever been so p$#ed off? I never new that Roy guy but Kerr was not a lier, why dont you see what he has to say, I'm sure he will respond to your letters...
Maby this Guy flerted with his wife to be every F%$#ing day just so much to push him over the edge... Human nature people that what it is.....
So now you people can find a nice big stone to cast at him,
Also God will be the true Judge! Kerr knew this, he confessed his sin, he said he was a bad man to do this.
so lets justify one death by doing another.
Hell EVEN kill his wife to be just because she held a [email protected] flash lite!
Im sure that would make everyone feel better wont it.
So to recap, get the facts and just think; because one day people may be out there to cast that stone at you.....

Hey Business man, you arent very smart to choose friends like that wanna be Loser Kerr!! He should fry and so should the Ho since she is the reason that Roy is gone. Why dont you tell everyone on here about how Kerr held a knife to the throat of the woman who adopted him (bet they wish they had never seen that slant eyed slug now let alone adopted him). Always knew he was a bad egg. Hope that piece of A** was worth it Kerr you sick Animal. I have never seen the day that anybody was worth losing my time on earth by serving it in the Big House. NUTS! NUTS! NUTS! And who cares if Roy did talk to her for Gods Sake I mean did she not work in the same building as him? Hello!! Roy was one of the coolest guys I knew and was trying to work on his on family life not hers and Kerrs. Besides she must have liked all that she and Roy talked about or she wouldnt have been talking back to him now right or wrong. There is two sides to everything Bud its just a damn shame that Roy isnt here to tell his. Shame Shame Shame

I really had no clue of this site until a few days ago, but, let me say what I Do know to be true.
Roy was indeed one of the finest kind hearted young men i have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He would have given the shirt off of his back for anyone in need and sometimes did.
His murderer now there's a subject hopefully weighing heavy on the people that were responsible for his actions when he was younger but never followed through with the mental help he much needed. 17 years behind bars still in his 30's for taking a life.
His mate what a shock, surprise, a full fledge waste of being .
Neither one of you got what you deserve for your part in taking a HUMAN GOD GIVEN LIFE. but on judgement day you shall.
And for the record ROY never had relations with Minx
For
Roys family he is so missed , still very much loved and he shall never be forgotten.

good point "Just Me" so u'd agree emotion plays a great roll in determining another persons death. are you the type of person that thinks going back in time to kill hitler as a baby would be a good thing because of all the bad he did; I'm the type of person that thinks well what if a person he killed end up living and created a virus if he she lived that did 1000 times worse then what hitler did....

So back to emotion... I dont no Roy I do no Clayton; point made I'm standing up for a friend and believing what a friend says.

But I'm smart to and jealousy can start wars and turn a brother to hate and kill another brother (Kane and Able)

But can you or ANYONE on this site justify the killing of one person to relief pain from another who was killed? Will that bring some short of twisted sanctification?

Anyone?

Tuesday, March 6: Criminal court

(In court)
Judge: All right. Am I saying your last name correctly, K-e-r-r?
Kerr: Yes, your honor.

Remember, Clayton Kerr had made a deal before he confessed to murdering and burying Roy Jeffries.

But the medical examiner's office first had to determine if Kerr was telling the truth about how he killed and buried Jeffries. The autopsy backed up Kerr's story so it was time for a judge to sign off on Kerr's plea bargain -- a 20-year sentence -- of which he must serve 17 and a half years for manslaughter.

(Courtroom)
Judge: Are you pleading guilty because you are guilty and you make no claim of innocence?
Clayton Kerr: Yes, your honor

What is manslaughter?

In the English law of homicide, manslaughter is a less serious offence than murder, the differential being between levels of fault based on the mens rea (Latin for "guilty mind") Temporary insane;

Jealousy arises in 'loving' relationships because of three factors:
(1) comparison,(2) competition, & (3) the fear of being replaced.
If we become more autonomous and self-creating,
these three features of relationships become less significant
and hence the passion of jealousy becomes less likely.-James Park

Jealousy typically refers to the negative thoughts and feelings of insecurity, fear, and anxiety that occur when a person believes a valued relationship is being threatened by a rival. Jealousy often contains a mixture of emotions such as anger, sadness, and disgust. While jealousy and envy are similar, they differ in that jealousy is about something one has and is afraid of losing, while envy is about something one does not have and either wants to acquire or to prevent another from getting.

"Jealousy is defined as a protective reaction to a perceived threat to a valued relationship, arising from a situation in which the partner's involvement with an activity and/or another person is contrary to the jealous person's definition of their relationship." (Bevan, 2004, page 195)

Wow So much about the human mind and body; I cant contain myself with all the facts...
