The Bible does say something about dogs returning to their own vomit. I bet the TEC leaders had fun kicking out the orthodox and welcoming that apostates back to these properties. The leadership of TEC is the most un-Christ-like leadership of any denomination I have seen, accepting maybe the Catholic who have never fully dealt with their pedophile priests and have never dealt fairly with their victims. But TEC and RCC leadership have to be happy that the courts are equally liberal as they are. If they actually followed the Bible, of which they seem to be totally ignorant, they would have resigned in shame long ago and asked to be replaced with men of God who have at least an elementary knowledge of the Bible.
But, for the sake of conversation, in your opinion, just who would that be?
Let me guess.
The Missouri Synod Lutherans?
The Seventh Day Adventists?
The Arrogant Jehovah's Witnesses
The Philadelphia Gnostics?
The Egyptian Coptics?
Oh well, I'm done guessing. Each time I posit a plausible group of disciples of Jesus that contains a few men and women of God who have at least an elementary knowledge of the Bible, more groups come to mind.
And contrary to your statement above, I even have to include certain sets of Roman Catholics and Episcopalians.
As for the business about returning to your own vomit, you do that on these threads with consistent regularity.
