This needed be addressed. I know of a doggy babysitter who went to the house to feed the dog and walk him. The food for him was in the bathroom which was accidentally locked. The dog sitter did not call the owner and did not feed the dog for three days. That is criminal beyond question. Why the owner did not do anything is as well a crime.
