Oak Park Heights, Washington County quarrel over bill

I wonder how Oak Park Heights would handle this matter if they had under billed the County in the same amount? Would they have billed the County? I think so and I also think the County would have willingly paid the City for the under billed amount. It seems like Oak Park Heights fights the County and other governments on almost every issue. Contrarians.

Hey Boss Hogg, I mean Mayor Beaudet, pay your bill. Apparently Oak Park Heights it the only community that the county that has "a very difficult time in working out partnership agreements with communities to ensure that things go better". Just why do you suppose that is. It's time to play by the rules.
