Drilling polluted water in Clearville. There are no underground cameras to see where the poisons injected endup in water supplies.
Don't drill until it can be done without poisons. Unless there are cameras at the drillpad, cameras underground, you will never know what poison is in your water which is invisible, odorless and tasteless. You don't know what to test for and dep does not test your water for poisons. No guarantee after the drill that poisons won't seep out into your water supply. Will you buy bottled water the rest of your life after the drill? WEITZ & LUXENBERG ADDRESSES NATURAL GAS DRILLING AND STORAGE CONCERNS
Residents of Clearville, Pennsylvania have invited leading environmental law firm to hear residents’ concerns
NEW YORK, NY- December 10, 2010 – New York based law firm, Weitz & Luxenberg, P.C.( www.weitzlux.com ) has been invited by several Clearville, Pennsylvania residents to address the adverse effects of unconventional natural gas drilling and storage in their community. Weitz & Luxenberg continues to be concerned by the reports it receives from residents in many states, including Pennsylvania, about air and water pollution, property damage, and the industrialization of their communities.
The firm will host an informational meeting on Thursday, December 16, 6 p.m. at the Pleasant Union Church Building in Clearville, Pennsylvania to listen to the concerns of the community, share information and discuss legal options. Julia LeMense, an environmental attorney with Weitz & Luxenberg who will be in attendance at the meeting said,“Our clients and other Clearville residents are troubled by what they are experiencing; they are justifiably concerned about the safety of their air, water and the overall health of their community.” While the meeting will have an informational component, it is intended to create a public and open forum for residents to voice their concerns.
Weitz & Luxenberg represents clients in a number of communities in Pennsylvania and West Virginia who have methane in their drinking water wells at unsafe levels. The firm has conducted preliminary investigations at several locations to identify the impacts of unconventional natural gas drilling, hydraulic fracturing and gas storage on air and water.

It is interesting to know that people will stand against acts and plans that will eventually destroy nature. Doing things in the easy, fast and quick ways usually do not bring good results. http://www.hiprecalllaw.com
