Mr. Lebedz was my high school track coach, teacher, and mentor. He was one of the reasons why I studied health and physical education in college. He counseled me through curriculum courses and always made me laugh. We remained in touch for a while after I graduated from college, and I frequently visited with him when he was ill some years ago. Life happens and we lost touch a while ago. I am disheartened that such a wonderful man and human being has prematurely lost his life in such a tragic way. Rest in peace, Lebs!
