Thing is even if he is found guilty no need to know is going to say it was police corruption. Whatever.

Yes, I think he IS capable. I never seen anything 'scary' about his family, or the kids being treated badly. OLD MANVILLE, You have 'first hand' experience? I just got off the phone with Brian after calling a mutual friend for his number. I asked him about any family that spent 'alot of time' with his, and he couldn't recall any.. In fact, when I mentioned Montana, the only person he knows of in Montana is his aunt through marriage who still talks with his 'scary' mother.

For Noneedtoknowname, he also doesn't know anyone from Gerogia that spent any mentionable time with them either, so I don't know how you can make that statement about his mother.

I'll be glad to ask him again if anyone would like to give their first names.

Oh and FYI, I asked him if he heard anything new, and he responded with "don't know, don't care - read the papers"

Brian was all of four. Our family's had a falling out. I could bring up names that Joanie would know but that is just digging up past history. So you are right and I am wrong.

Oh by the way, when some people grow up they move out of Mommy's house and have lives of their own.

You obviously know the family well and no all the things that have been kept in the closet. I am sure they are so comfortable with you that they would share it all with you.

You are right and the rest of us are wrong.

Well, i'm not the one saying I personally witnessed "first hand how the mother treated the boys", without having anything to back it up. I never said I know the family "well", that would be you two. I said I know him, we have mutual friends, and never had a problem with anyone except Bobby.

I'm not sure what the 'oh by the way' comment meant, but ok.

I'm sure Brian would remember anyone or a family who spent any amount of time around them. Yet, you wont say who you are? You seem to have no problem saying negative things, yet won't back them up.

To "No Need For A Name": First of all: the boot's WERE secured on the FIRST search not the second!. Second:The Officer "first on the scene IS a detective! Third: More than one officer responded and DID secure the scene! Fourth: IF his mother was harrassed about her son being accused of this crime, I doubt highly that it the first time. How strange that this "move" occured within a month or so before her son was to stand trial for such a serious offense!Your fact's are based on newspapers, and all is not printed in the articles. I'm sure that you probably have little else to do but play arm-chair detective. Perhap's you should obtain a transcript of the trial. I don't need one, I HAVE been in that court-room and I HAVE heard, and I HAVE seen the FACT'S!!!!!!!

You have said a few negative things yourself. The by the way comment is that I moved out of Manville years ago. Why should I tell you my name? How do I know what you are saying is the truth. Look at it this way someone in Montana and someone in Georgia are saying pretty much the same thing. Do you think we conspired or do you just think it is a coincidence? The reason why I have my opinions on the family is personal and not something to be shared with you. In the end karma comes back and gets people. Maybe they didn't do terrible things to you but I personally know someone who was mistreated by the father. Yes I do know the family well or at least when I was young I did. Especially Bob. And like I said I was a childhood friend of Bobby's. You are really hyped on defending the family. Let's hope that your family is never touched by what my family was touched by. You have no problem saying how wonderful the mom is. And if you read correctly I never said the mother mistreated the kids, someone else said that. I said the parents were scary and I think that I am entitled to feel like I do. Funny thing is my problem with you is not you defending the family, my problem with you is you saying the police did a shoddy job and that could let Bobby off. Are you a cop? Do you think that you are better. Oh yeah and all police start out as patrolmen until they prove they could be dectectives. I think that Ronnie did a wonderful job and I hope he is rewarded in some way for it.

I am entitled to my opinion on Bobby and his family and do not have to justify it with you, so I am letting this go. Whatever

OK,'trust me'... the first officer on the scene is NOW a detective, I never denied that, genius, pay attention. Second, why did they search it a second time?- and its not like it was the same day either. Third, I never said it WAS the first time she was harassed. No, I don't get my information from the media. How do you know that I haven't been in there myself? FYI, she bought the house right after the father died, in early 2004, so again, get YOUR facts right. Maybe she woke up and finally threw the towel in - I think anyone would.

OldManville, I am simply trying to verify the validity of either of (your or Noneedtoknowname's) claims of you both "knowing" the family. Nothing more, nothing less.

I never said I DIDN'T say negative things, nor did I ever say the mom was 'wonderful', so please stop trying to put a play on words to your advantage.

In response to the 'my problem with you is you saying the police did a shoddy job and that could let Bobby off' comment. My point wasn't to bash the cops at all (i also know Ron), although I admit I worded that wrong - my apologies. I think we both know this could very well happen. It only takes one juror with a doubt - that was my point.

OK, lets get one thing straight 'No Need For A Name'. I dont need a mediator or a personal secretary. Since you started leaving comments on this forum, I received 27 emails telling me to read it. Just because we hung out at Dunkin Donuts in Hillsborough years ago, and you came to my fathers funeral out of respect, doesnt give you the right to interrogate people. I didnt even remember who you were for the first 5 minutes of the phone call. Who the hell are YOU to demand proof of anything from anyone? If someone has a reason to dislike my mother, my deceased father, Lenny, or myself, that is certainly their right. It should of told you something when you had to call someone ELSE to get my number. I also dont appreciate hyper phone calls asking me questions about my family, and then thinking you have some kind of friendship with me. Ever wonder why I never went to ANY of his trials? Ever wonder why I wasnt called into court? Because I disowned him YEARS ago, and most people know that. Anyone with any questions for me, please feel free to ask ME. I dont bite. Just add @aol.com to the name above. I will be more than happy to verify my identity. Thank you all for your time, and pay no attention to this idiot.

The world is a safer place and I no longer have to fear him getting out and somehow finding me, I was a lucky sob not to be his first victom, poor Jacky (whom ive never met but have cried over and wondered why her, so young and not me, so messed up) his last, i have been holding my breath for years waiting for this. I hope his time in prison is hell, years of hell. Anyone who replies and disagrees, to hell with you, nothing could ruin this moment, not even stuped supporters.

What's the matter "mememe" (Lorali)-(not sure exactly how to spell your name) do you miss the stolen cigarettes you used to get from Bobby? You forgot to mention THAT part of you "knowing" him - among other things, now didn't you. So please don't try to play "miss innocent"... it really just makes you stupid, the same effect your horrible grammar does.

I dont know you, and I dont know what you are talking about. This sob was a stranger to me till he beat the crap out of me and tried to rape me and went to jail for too short a time for it. Names arent being used for a reason. And what does grammar have to do with anything.
