I gotta say, this trial sounds like it might've been a good one to sit in on. A little comedy routine...dialog sounds like bad acting ripped off from an episode of Law & Order.

Wow I can't belive they thought someone working in telemarketing would do something anything like this for money.

Those telemarketing companies do very intense screening before they allow their dirtbag employees to badger people by phone morning noon and at night.

I wish I could have been on that jury.

"Mack shot back that he is intelligent, articulate, well-educated and has worked at ''suit-and-tie'' corporate jobs. He ticked off the names of several companies he said he worked for."

If he is so intelligent, articulate and well-educated, then why was he stupid enough to go along with an insurance fraud scheme? Sounds more like he wants to paint himself off as being a swell guy, when he's just a dumb-@ss.
