That is not a picture of Abe Lincoln. Abe was 17 when the first photo was taken in France. Lincoln was 30 when the daguerreotype was invented. Also in France. Photography, in the US, was used for the first time during the civil war.

Joseph Draper of New York made one of the oldest photographic portraits known in 1839. Lincoln was then 31.
Abraham was still wearing buckskin pants and going barefoot at the time. You could find him reading a law book under a shade tree in Springfield.

Incredible simularities between President Lincoln and Obama. both were bi-racial. Both divided and bankrupted America with their radical socialist policies. Both were assasinated shortly after being re-elected and both have their images on money.

Abraham Lincoln was not biracial. Both his mother and his father's ancestors came from England.

Lincoln moved America away from an aristocratic society, based on inheritance and property. His policies helped create the richest nation on earth.

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Capricorn

You're keen to look on the bright side of things and to ignore anything unpleasant or worrying. That's fine, provided that you're ready to face up to life's difficulties again tomorrow. But it's not such good news if you persist in looking the other way whenever a problem presents itself, especially if it's connected with your work or health. It may be time to face a few facts, Capricorn.
