Does anyone know how much time warner charges for the 200 plus channels, dvr and nfl network? And what it might cost for that and Internet and phone?

It'll be outrageous. My bill went up $30 a month when they took over. I promptly dropped my service back to just basic cable.$26 a month.

The reason I'm asking is because we have Internet through them and its 59 a month. And we have dish with the dvr and its running around 120-130 a month itself. I would love to get these lowered but my only concern with getting cable with time warner is that my husband is a huge football fan and I want to make sure he still gets those channels. So does time warner have the nfl network now? They didn't yet when we got the Internet through them

Check with windstream is my advice. I have my dish tv,enternet and phone (unlimited long distance) through them. One package deal and they have a good deal going now. Call them and talk with them, you may be surprised.

Time Warner is a better deal for superior Internet. I never have any outages or modem issues. I get 15mps Internet through Time Warner for the same price Windstream charges for 3mps. If it even thinks about raining, Windstream modems take the day off and quit working. I'll NEVER go back to Windstream. My cable and Internet bundle is about $120 a month, which is $50 cheaper than what I was paying with the Dish Network/Windstream bundle.

Wow. What cable package do you have? Right now with dish we have the 200 plus channels and the hbo's and we also have the dvr service to. Will we still be able to have all that and it be around the 120 or so a month?

We had windstream Internet and it would constantly kick is off and I kept tryin to get someone to come look at it and finally they said they send someone out but that I'd have to pay like 50 dollars for them just to come here and then if the modem was bad I'd have to pay for all new equipment. I finally got fed up with them and switched

You can pay a couple dollars extra a month for them to be responsible if anything happens. My modem finally went bad and they sent me a brand new wireless,it didn't cost me a thing. Fed Ex delivered it last week. I had used the old one 3 years and it wasn't wireless.

I've got 200 plus channels, half of them are HD and I have the 15 Mbps Internet and my bill has never been over $130

Try again sir. I just checked Windstream's website, they only offer "up to 12 Mbps" Internet for $54.95. They don't offer any speed higher than that. I'm getting 15 Mbps for about the same price. I had Windstream for a while too, but I CAN'T count how many times it wouldn't work, I was on the phone with tech support every other week. Time Warner offers up to 50 Mbps for $99.

I'm gonna have to call up there tomorrow and see about switching. Our Internet through them is 59 something a month and that added to the 120 something we pay for dish alone is just ridiculous

We would have stayed with windstream but it was absolutely ridiculous how much our Internet was out. And no one would come out and see what te problem was. I can honestly say the for at least 3 months out Internet was off more than it was on. No since in having to pay for something we weren't even getting half the time.

My apologies to you I called windstream this morning and asked them and you are right,it is 12 mbps. I still dont understand why my desktop properties says 100 mbps and my laptop says 54 mbps. Oh well at least it works and is fast. I still highly recommend windstream and their customer service has been excellent. Again I'm sorry for my confusion.
