Please no negative comments about your wonderful, cheerful sheriff. Just names of people that you believe would be a good sheriff.

Brett seems like a stand up guy. Mike Harris has a job nobody wants. He'll stay in his little Hail Knob Kingdom until he retires.

Brett would get my vote.

When top dog jailer takes sheriff job and brings top dep. jailers in with him, the crooks of pulaski county will run (as soon as they stop pissing down there legs)!

I just don't see that. Everyone can be bought. It's not like those positions are high paying positions.

It needs to be a person with drug enforcement experience. With all of our drug problems in the county we need someone with experience, preferrably federal or state.

Go ahead and re-elect John Adams - And a couple of his deputies - Not high on personality but a good Sheriff -

I agree with your idea however I think they tried that in the city but it didn't work there because certain elected officials didn't like an outsider enforcing the rules. We live in a town filled with those from the "good ole boy network"

That is exactly what we need. A professional outsider from another area. No favors, no political ties and no favorite people. Yes he/she will be a one term sheriff, but that is what we need. Also well educated with a college degree.
