Okay and why would you need to go to a graveyard and sit in your car to "Think"? There is anything wrong with that it just there are people going there at all hours of the night and that is just crazy.
I've went to graveyards to sit in my car and think lots of times. Not Soul's Chapel, but other places. It's quiet there. Nobody to disturb you...lol.=)

That place is a hotspot for paranormal activity. As an amature "ghost hunter", I have several EVPs and a few pictures of "something" or "some things" in the graveyard. One night my son left the digital recorder in the ruins of the church and walked away into the cemetery. A little after midnight he and 2 of his friends returned to pick up the recorder. Listening to the recorder on their way home a distinct voice was heard saying, "There are three", possibly refering to my son and his 2 friends. I myself have witnessed several phenomenoms in the cemetery. I reccomend any amature ghost hunters to give it a try!

<quoted text>The "Pastor" at "Soules Chapel" was already a devil worshipper. He did not kill his congregation. He played the part of church going pastor on weekends and then on Mondays,he held services in which he moved the carpet from the church floor and a pentagram was painted on the floor and then proceeded to have sacraficial ceremonies to worship the devil. There were an undetermined amount of people sacraficially murdered in that church.People say that the restless spirits of those that were sacraficed are still lingering there long after it was burned down in the 1980's.
That, my friend, is what we call an urban legend. Not true, but a neat story.

And....btw.... it burned down in about 2004.

What a grip on facts!

It caught fire in the eighties and they rebuilt it and then 2 kids caught it on fire in 2004 then they decided not to rebuild it.

"Caught fire" in the 80's.... a hole in the floor...didn't burn down...

Like I said, a real grip on the facts.

Correcting your fact challenged post is not being a Smart @$$.

The church was never rebuilt... the building that burned circa 2004 was the original building.

If we are going to talk history, let's just get it right. Okay?

Put them on the internet. I have went there many times with my equipment. Handheld audio recorder, camcorder, few other things. Many MANY times and have now seen or heard one thing the entire time. I even kicked a piller of the old burnt house down to try to make something angry and nothing happened.

they place is known its creepy things to yet be solved the legend or story of soule's is that you can after midnight and see a shadow of a man walking around and you get the scary feeling that something is there. but remember this if you don't believe you will never see the true mystery of soule's chapel and if you want truth behind soule's chapel go to somerset community college to the libary and look up the old newspaper slides of soule's chapel and then go out there.
