I'm looking to bring a "MARION'S PIZZA" franchise to the Somerset area.
Marion's is a family style Pizza Parlor, much larger in size than anything you have in Somerset, it is a "sit-down" style family Pizza Parlor with tables, and chairs for everyone, including high chairs for the little ones. Marion's is well known around the Dayton,Oh. area, for their great pizza's, salads, sub sandwich's, and also they serve just about anything to drink except liquor. Everyone should know pizza and beer is a great combination, pitchers, as well as bottles, and cans. Also you can look up Marion's Pizza on the Internet to see what I'm writing about. There will be no delivery, but pick-up will be available if I do this.
I need to know how well a Marion's Pizza Parlor will be received by the Somerset/Pulaski area people. So let me know folks, so I can bring you the "best" pizza you ever ate! Marion's pizza is nothing like you have there anywhere in Somerset,...it's MUCH BETTER.......

Nothing against the pizza itself but I do think somerset is already saturated with pizza places, both sit down and carry out. It's hard to compete with a $5 cheap on the go pizza, an all u can eat buffet or a famous pie chain. I would ask someone at snappy pizza how their business is doing since they are a newer one here. Now bring in a Chipotles and ill be ur best customer lol

..And the average price of your Pizza is....?

3 meat is 8.00, Supreme is 9.00, fast, hot and ready when I get the urge.

There are 9 different Pizza companies listed in the Somerset Phone book.

Yes, Chipotles is very good. I try to eat there about once a week in Lexington.
I'd really like to see one in Somerset.

......and not one of them compares to Marion's Pizza! You people have been eating cardboard crusts, and glue for cheese to long, how would you like to eat a "real" pizza???????

I agree that there isn't any good pizza in Somerset, but people here won't pay the difference. They can get fat on cheap pizza.
If you bring in a Chipotle I'll eat there.

I have to question the business acumen of someone who uses Somerset Topix for market research. This is a tough market for new businesses, but you won't find reliable data chatting with internet trolls.

Question away...., I have other ways of acertaining the viability of a new business, but what better way than go to straight to the locals themselves? Besides, it costs me nothing except a little time, and I don't have to pay someone who may or may not give me truthful answers.
