Chip Stephens and all of his " company's are $hit, he is and everyone that works for him. I know 23 people stuck with contracts from Bluegrass and one just paid the buy out to get away from the company. Burned up wrote: Bluegrass might be ok but take my advice. STAY AWAY from the the Bluegrass store by Roses. That is an authorized agent store and they take used phones that are refurbished and sell them for new. I should know did it to me. Chip Stephens owns that store and his store sold me one of his specials, a piece of shit Chip Stephens phone that only works part-time and I am stuck in a contract for two years and can't get out without paying a huge penalty. They also take your money if you have a prepay or if you want to pay a bill there and put it on his personal credit card then charge you a fee. He gets to keep the phone active so it counts toward his monthly numbers, prevents a charge back, and screws you out of a "fee" that he isn't authorized to charge in the beginning. Man, looks like somebody from Bluegrass corporate would step in and stop this crap.

Anyone know what service would come closer to having signal in keno>? I have been using Bluegrass for several years and have not had any troubles with them. And I have service all the way down Keno!

I have had Cell One for 8 years and it just progressively got worse. One AT & T took over every single call would drop at least once. My calls were going to v/m and no one at At & t could tell me why. I ended up going to Bluegrass just to see what plans they had and left that day with a new contract. I ended up calling at & t and telling them about what had happened and why I was switching, they did offer to cut my contract termination fee in half and I could not be any happier with Bluegrass. If at & t buys bluegrass, I guess I'm just screwed...

at&t will not buy bluegrass its a different technology CDMA which is what Bluegrass use's and GSM which is at&t. Plus they cant have anymore stores in this region somerset, london, and corbin due to the fact that they would be a monopoly again. Thats why the didn't get Cell One in this area ethier.

Lmaoooooooo. What else would I possibly need?? I've heard the sales teams at Bluegrass Cellular are awesome....well, after the beginning of July anyway. Heard they had some "dead weight" in corporate there for awhile, but things are improving. They must have it going on now...Did you buy toys for your sex drive????

Well Super Tough you are so right, there was alot of dead weight in Corp Sales at BG Cellular, but like the TITANIC he sunk too! Probably displaced as much water also. The person in charge now has a great team in place to handle the accounts that she worked so hard to get and to keep even in the TITANIC's wake. So H keep slandering the Co that woke up and saw the iceberg coming their way and jumped ship before you sank. Do you have so little sense that you would think for one minute that you were not traceable. OMG, you are that goofy. I guess the icey waters have effected your brain. I hear it effected everything else, shrinkage factor dude! So with this being said and your IP traced listen very carefully for the process server at your door.I hope soon you can move on with your life and find something better to do with your time. Oh, and by the way, just like the past you know nothing about cell phones. There is a re-dial button. It's the little green one, usually on the left of the phone.Read carefully I dont want you to miss this. Push it.....it will tell you who you called last and, OMG here it comes, push again and it redials. Now that I have given you another lesson, your biggest one yet is on its way.

You all REALLY need to check out your "facts". Nobody is taking over Bluegrass Cellular, i have my cell phone thru them and its the best of any of them, i pay $39.99 plus tax a month (48.00)and i have unlimited local and long distance calling, i don't text message much so i only pay per use, but they have a plan for those that do text alot, BC started in E-town about 20 yrs ago and have recently started moving east expanding coverage, they have at last count, 15 towers here in pulaski co, i have excellent reception and service here and where ever i go. They don't need any help from these other "so called" services.

Hey wrote: What kind of deposit do you have to pay at bluegrass? I am ending my At&t contract early. They suck!!! The deposit required depends on past credit history, it's on a personal basis...most of the time, if your bills are paid on time, there is no deposit required. That's with any service....

I have service with Bluegrass and I know a few others on the south end of town who have been experiancing serious drop calls. We have the bars that show the service, but call is dropped in less than 5 sec. It's really frustrating given that I used to not have any trouble. I used to know exactly where the coverage was questionable, but now I can hardly use my phone.

I've not had any trouble, they have quite a few towers so, there is one at the bottom of Keno rd and several around Burnside.

Go have your phone checked at the tech department, they send out codes that update your phone and if your phone was off or something it wont get it, I was having the same problem but I took it in and now its great.

Thanks that might be what happened. We live way out Pulaski Co. where the signal doesn't reach at all so we did probably miss it. I'll take my phone in tomorrow.

I have had nothing but great service with Bluegrass. I was a CellOne member for 15 yrs and switched because I get coverage in places in Wayne County I could never get before. So far I have not had any hidden fees, and when I signed up they told me that if less than 50% of my calls were roam I would not be charged for them after I use my 200 roaming minutes.
