I think you may understand how it is that the Supreme Court operates. It has nothing to do with President Obama do you even know how many justices he has appointed to the Supreme Court?

If you people don't think the present president has a hand in verdicts, you're misled.

How so? Are you just making a blanket statement and leave it to our imaginations as to why you believe this or would you like to elaborate?

you better learn that Congress controls the court and not the president.....
president can nominate as many as he wish , but they have to be approved by the US Congress

Wrong: presidents appoint the courts, but yes the senate confirms with majority vote, congress has NO power to appoint judges; as I said Reagan & Bush justices control the court, guess you don't know how things work.

Also, house of representatives has no say in the matter...

99% of presidential appointees get confirmed, presidents pick the court, senate can reject which is extremely rare...

This is for supreme court, all the lower court seats are unfilled cause senate is blocking Obama, but senate can't appoint without presidential appointments...

so one man can stack the court

lower courts yes the president does , but a lower court can never never over turn an upper court

Since George Washington nominated the first batch of justices, the Senate has confirmed all but 34 of 156 nominations. From the moment Justice David Souter announced he'd be stepping down, Washington has been gearing up for a confirmation fight. Let's take a look back at eight nominees who didn't make it to the bench.

Robert Bork

In our time, the most famous rejected nominee is Robert H. Bork, a legal scholar and U.S. Court of Appeals judge with a long paper trail of conservative opinions. Nominated by President Ronald Reagan in 1987, Bork could have tilted the Court decisively to the right. As a known quantity, he was an easy target for liberal opponents, who organized a campaign against him. He was rejected by the Senate Judiciary Committee after 12 days of hearings

You Mean Associate Justice of the US Supreme Court Elena Kagan? She hasn't been Solicitor General since May, 2010. The Senate voted to confirm her nomination. Has anyone on the list above been voted down by the Senate? Many of them weren't nominated for the Supreme Court, more like a patronage list to return political favors, than a list of seven rejected Obama nominees.
