does anyone know if its legal to buy a larger size storage shed and convert to a small size home if you own your own property i live in a tiny apartment and was looking at these sheds and they are the same size as my apartment some even bigger so what i pay for rent now i could buy one and pay off soon im so tired of having to pay my hard earned dollar out for something ill never own i make minimum wage so buying a home is not an option if anyone knows please reply thanks

Might be a bit complicated , considering the plumbing , electric , and insulation , plus if heating with gas , propane , or kerosene , you need to consider the ventilation - Other than that , go for it -

Don't see why not, my cousin did it and sold it to me. Made very nice small apartment. He used a better built barn, a small one, It had a small loft where he put a matress and cut a hole for an air conditioner. Ran electric and water lines and put in carpeting. I had room to put in sleeper sofa, a love seat, a full screen tv. It has built in cabinets, a full size refrigrator, sink, stove and a small table and chairs. No bathroom, but if it is close enough to the house and you don't mind them using the bathroom, it would work out well for one person. After he bought building and did all this work he had about 4500.00 in it. Charged me 2800.00 cause he loved me or he wanted to get rid of it.[both, he's my favorite and vice versa]
